Senior Product Manager, Contractor Management (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York; office-based

Salary: $166,000–$214,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for contractor-focused products.
• Build a unified contractor payments experience across currencies, classifications, projects, and ongoing engagements.
• Develop bulk and recurring payment capabilities for businesses paying multiple contractors.
• Conduct customer and market research to support product decisions, business cases, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and deliver initiatives across the full product development lifecycle.
• Coordinate product decisions with data and identity platform work while collaborating with legal, international operations, sales, marketing, and customer success.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience in a modern technology business.
• Strong understanding of product management practices and the product development lifecycle.
• Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation through execution.
• Experience with technical products or a background in computer science or a related field.
• Experience building new products from 0 to 1 and improving existing products at scale.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, customer empathy, and user experience skills.
