What you will do

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Contractor product suite.
• Scope and execute complex initiatives from ideation to delivery, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Partner with engineering, design, and legal teams to navigate regulatory landscapes and policy definitions.
• Conduct high-quality research to inform product decisions and case development.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating engineering tradeoffs and project timelines.
• Identify opportunities beyond core responsibilities to support broader product strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a modern technology business.
• Proven success mastering the PDLC and leading complex, cross-team initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems for team execution.
• Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience.
• Strong communication skills for conveying strategic direction and scope changes.
• Experience leading technical products or a background in computer science is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience at high-growth companies, particularly in a founder or GM capacity.
