Finance Analyst - Aftermarket Parts (Manufacturing)

Salary: $64,500–$103,500 per year

What you will do

• Provide accounting and finance support for the aftermarket parts business and Parts Distribution Center operations.
• Analyze operational spending, monthly results, forecasts, budgets, and business performance for management.
• Lead and support capital allocation, Make vs. Buy decisions, and appropriation requests for capital projects.
• Manage monthly close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting in accordance with corporate policies.
• Partner with inventory specialists and GPSC to ensure accurate reporting of inventoriable costs.
• Support internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley documentation, operational metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Two or more years of relevant experience or a Finance/Accounting internship with hirify.global.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. and international accounting regulations.
