Financial Analyst (Aerospace)

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 Annually

What you will do

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to analyze P&L performance and identify profitability improvements.
• Manage month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support financial reporting for customer contracts in accordance with corporate policies and U.S. GAAP.
• Coordinate annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range plan (LRP) processes.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to automate and streamline finance processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline.
• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
