Senior Finance Business Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States, with candidates located in the New England region required to periodically travel to the Waltham, Massachusetts headquarters.

Base salary: $84,200–$125,800 annually, with potential annual bonus or commission and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Deliver financial reporting and analysis for Pega Consulting, including revenue, expenses, margin, utilization, and headcount.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop recommendations and actionable insights for Consulting leadership.
• Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting using Excel, Power BI, HANA, and internal systems.
• Support budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Own data governance and oversee business processes and systems supporting financial and operational metrics.
• Lead and collaborate on projects that improve productivity, efficiency, user adoption, and reporting practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst or finance analyst.
• Experience with profit and loss data, multiple data sources, reporting, and business insights.
• Experience advising senior leadership on business health and profitability drivers.
• Proven ability to own projects from inception through delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be located within the New England region and able to periodically travel to the Waltham headquarters.
