Location: Hybrid - Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area to attend events in person several times a week, including evenings.

Salary: $152,000 - $210,000 (Zone 1)

What you will do

• Attend Bay Area developer events, meetups, and hackathons multiple times a week to build long-term relationships with AI and platform engineers.
• Gather and route structured technical signal from the community to help refine product positioning and prioritize documentation gaps.
• Build and showcase credible, small-scale technical demos using AgentControl and the hirify.global platform.
• Produce high-quality, practitioner-grade written content and event recaps that provide genuine value to the developer community.
• Organize and host gatherings centered around specific technical problems developers are facing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area with the ability to attend frequent in-person evening events.
• Experience in developer advocacy, solutions engineering, community management, or other customer-facing technical roles.
• Technical credibility to build demos and conduct deep technical discussions without a script.
• Active involvement in or strong affinity for the AI developer ecosystem.
• Strong written communication skills for creating engaging technical recaps.

Nice to have

• Existing network within the San Francisco Bay Area developer community.
• Proven experience organizing meetups or professional developer events.
• Familiarity with feature management, experimentation, observability, or agent frameworks.
