What you will do

• Run the operational backbone of the Startup Program, including application triage and CRM hygiene across HubSpot and Airtable.
• Build and execute the San Francisco founder-dinner motion from the ground up, managing end-to-end logistics.
• Develop and promote event marketing materials and nurture sequences that resonate with a developer audience.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations to scale founder outreach and ensure credible technical programming.
• Expand hirify.global's footprint within the SF ecosystem via relationships with VCs, accelerators, and operators.
• Track and analyze program impact, attribution, and conversion rates from events to customers.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, marketing, or developer relations.
• Deep roots and existing connections within the San Francisco startup ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of the AI transformation and the current venture landscape.
• High agency and organizational skills to manage complex event logistics.
• Must be based in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with VC platform teams, portfolio managers, or accelerator operators.
• Experience running founder-facing community programs or initiatives.
• Proficiency with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, and Apollo.
• Hands-on familiarity with the cloud infrastructure and developer-tools landscape.
