Salary: $260,000 - $300,000 USD + equity

What you will do

• Cultivate developer communities across owned properties (Discord, blog, docs) and external platforms (GitHub, X, Reddit, Hacker News).
• Develop and execute an in-person event strategy including hackathons, workshops, and conference talks to drive durable adoption.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a team of high-caliber technical developer advocates who are experts in the newest AI developments.
• Oversee the technical content engine, producing tutorials, benchmarks, and deep technical writing on inference and fine-tuning.
• Act as the primary voice of the developer, channeling community friction and feature requests into the product roadmap.
• Instrument and report on the developer journey from awareness through signup to active production usage.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel periodically to San Mateo, CA, and to various industry events.
• Proven experience as a builder and operator in developer relations.
• Ability to quickly master frontier AI developments and communicate them effectively to senior engineers.
• Strong track record of recruiting and managing elite technical talent.
