What you will do

• Develop and execute the overall community strategy, governance, and growth reporting.
• Manage moderation standards and guidelines to ensure a positive user experience.
• Create and implement a programming calendar featuring AMAs and thought leadership engagements.
• Recruit and nurture community champions to drive organic growth.
• Produce community content including knowledge base articles and product tips.
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to relay community insights for product improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of community management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA, United States.
• Proficiency with community platforms like Gainsight, Khoros, Higher Logic, or Vanilla.
• Strong writing skills for creating engaging, participation-driving content.
• Ability to build dashboards and report on community health metrics.
• Experience managing advocacy programs or community champions.
