What you will do

• Lead system administration for SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Okta.
• Manage and optimize the macOS endpoint fleet for a global distributed workforce.
• Strategize and implement the rollout of enterprise AI tools, such as Claude for Work and Notion AI agents.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous technical improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT operations with company-wide objectives.
• Oversee SaaS audits, access reviews, and license cost optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior IT operations or system administration role.
• Expert knowledge of macOS environments and enterprise SaaS platform management.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) including seat and access management.
• Fluent English (C1+) with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for guiding junior team members.
• Based in EMEA (highly prioritized).
