What you will do

• Own and optimize the collaboration tool stack, specifically Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Design and develop custom scripts, bots, and workflows using APIs, Python, and JSON to automate processes.
• Manage complex data migrations and integrations resulting from mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with INFOSEC and Revenue Operations to ensure secure and scalable technical solutions.
• Drive the evaluation, deployment, and enablement of AI tools and features across the organization.
• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for collaboration platforms and handle technical escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate platform or collaboration services engineer role.
• Proven experience as a primary owner of core products like Slack or Google Workspace.
• Hands-on coding experience with Python, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Demonstrated expertise in data migration and building custom automation scripts.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and deploying services such as Cloud Functions.
• Must be based in San Francisco, Sydney, or Melbourne.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools such as Workato, Tray, or Mulesoft.
