What you will do

• Provide white-glove IT support to employees, including VIPs and C-suite executives.
• Manage and provision hardware and software for a global workforce using MDM platforms like Jamf.
• Administer core SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Notion.
• Configure and maintain office network infrastructure, including Meraki switches and firewalls.
• Support office builds, fit-outs, and AV systems for video conferencing.
• Assist teams with the adoption and troubleshooting of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems engineering.
• Must be based in Dallas and able to work in-office 4 days per week.
• Strong proficiency in macOS and Google Workspace administration.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Jamf or equivalent) and enterprise networking (Meraki).
• Proven track record of supporting VIPs and C-suite executives with discretion.
• Experience with vendor management and ISP engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rippling MDM.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Adobe, and DocuSign.
• Previous experience with Verizon or similar ISP vendor management.
