Sr. Data Architect (AI & Analytics Platforms)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees within a 40-mile radius of a Vestcom location must work onsite two days per week.

Salary: $119,000–$178,000 per year

What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native analytics platforms using Databricks and Snowflake.
• Translate business rules, predictive analytics, and AI models into modular SQL/Python code, data models, and platform services.
• Design and automate campaign measurement engines and algorithms, including iROAS and Test vs. Control analysis.
• Build integration pipelines and data models combining retailer POS data, syndicated datasets, and internal platform metrics.
• Productize analytical models such as category buyer dynamics and predictive audience targeting.
• Mentor data engineers and communicate platform capabilities to cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, platform development, or analytics architecture, including 3+ years at a senior technical level.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or Snowflake, advanced SQL and Python, database design, star or snowflake schema modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and API integration.
• Experience with machine learning models, predictive algorithms, AI tools, and production coding.
• Strong knowledge of CPG and retail analytics, POS transactional data, campaign measurement, and retail media networks.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; the role is remote in the US with onsite attendance required for employees living within 40 miles of a Vestcom location.
