What you will do

• Own the PMM strategy for SMB and Mid-Market segments, including personas, positioning, and competitive strategy.
• Define differentiated narratives that align with the overall platform strategy and resonate with velocity buyers.
• Lead integrated GTM launches and campaigns in partnership with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams.
• Develop scalable sales plays, enablement materials, and partner content to ensure global consistency.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to influence product and GTM strategy.
• Collaborate with revenue teams to optimize pipeline creation, conversion, and competitive win rates.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B product marketing, GTM strategy, or solutions marketing experience.
• Several years of experience leading product marketing teams.
• Proven track record of developing GTM strategies for SMB or Mid-Market technology businesses.
• Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement.
• Must be based in the United States (West Coast preferred).
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS is strongly preferred.
