Location: Remote (US). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Salary: $243,000 – $286,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the Foundations roadmap and plan durable platform investments to support customer data usage at scale.
• Collaborate with other product teams to balance short-term needs with long-term platform scalability.
• Drive data platform and GRC strategies to empower internal teams and improve customer outcomes.
• Manage critical tradeoffs between new feature development and platform stability.
• Evangelize the data platform internally to encourage contribution and usage across the organization.
• Design the platform for 12-18 month horizons, integrating AI-native uses and agent operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience supporting platform teams, with a preference for data platforms or data products.
• Proven experience building 0->1 platforms over long time horizons.
• Strong technical proficiency in data push/pull, databases, storage, and APIs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
• Ability to establish complex frameworks for sequencing, goals, and progress tracking for platform work.

• Experience with AI-native operations and utilizing AI to amplify product impact.
