Salary: $172,630 – $258,950

Requirements

• Extensive software engineering leadership experience in agile, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering GenAI solutions and enterprise-scale products.
• Deep knowledge of GenAI system design, including RAG, LLMs, and agentic orchestration.
• Strong foundation in AI evaluation, benchmarking, and production performance measurement.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and scalable system architecture.
