What you will do

• Manage administrative duties and career development for a multi-disciplinary team of 10-20 members.
• Lead and mentor manufacturing engineers, ECAD librarians, documentation specialists, and Siemens Xpedition EDM tool administrators.
• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for ECAD operations, including workflows, security requirements, and tool allocations.
• Develop and execute the ECAD technology roadmap and coordinate data integration with internal and external organizations.
• Oversee library governance and ensure all processes and equipment comply with Security and Quality policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in the engineering, design, and management of complex systems.
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor a technical team of 10-20 people.
• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
