What you will do

• Proactively call prospective schools and school districts to generate new business.
• Use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact to sell Educational staffing services.
• Generate high-volume client leads using calls and emails.
• Submit appropriate candidates for Educational staffing assignments with contracted clients.
• Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients.
• Renegotiate contracts with clients resulting in mutually beneficial terms.

Requirements

• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services Staffing is required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a top producer in a sales position.
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment.
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service.
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships.
