• Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of Mobile Mortgage Specialists to maintain a high-performance sales culture.
• Develop and execute district market strategies to enhance brand positioning in mortgage and home equity lending.
• Drive performance against measurable activities including credit quality, referrals, and operational excellence.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with high-value referral sources and internal partners.
• Champion digital sales enablement leveraging CRM tools and AI-driven insights.
• Oversee risk management and compliance across the district to ensure alignment with bank policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of People Management experience with proven success in sales leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in mortgage lending, local market development, and business growth strategies.
• Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.
• Must be located in or able to work from Calgary, Alberta.
