What you will do
- Develop and implement go-to-market and sales plans to drive revenue growth for hirify.global products, specifically KONEK.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and target achievement.
- Build and deepen strategic partnerships with retailers, marketplaces, and system integrators.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events and advisory committees to promote thought leadership.
- Collaborate with product teams to share client insights and support the launch of innovative payment solutions.
- Advocate for client needs internally to influence future product enhancements.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of sales experience in payments, retail, or tech sectors.
- Deep understanding of solution selling methodologies such as SaaS.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM tools and comprehensive knowledge of sales strategies.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada in a full-time capacity.
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and meeting revenue targets.
