Salary: $170,000–$190,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Develop and implement go-to-market and sales plans to drive revenue growth for hirify.global products, specifically KONEK.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and target achievement.
  • Build and deepen strategic partnerships with retailers, marketplaces, and system integrators.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and advisory committees to promote thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with product teams to share client insights and support the launch of innovative payment solutions.
  • Advocate for client needs internally to influence future product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in payments, retail, or tech sectors.
  • Deep understanding of solution selling methodologies such as SaaS.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM tools and comprehensive knowledge of sales strategies.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada in a full-time capacity.
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and meeting revenue targets.

  • Strong analytical and evaluative skills for complex strategic planning.
