What you will do

• Collaborate with physicians, endocrinologists, PAs, and NPs to deliver intensive nutrition therapy via video visits.
• Build professional relationships with patients, providing empathetic, evidence-based care.
• Develop customized nutrition plans and deliver education on diabetes self-management, healthy eating, and behavior change.
• Interpret data from CGMs or glucometers and support patients with complex comorbidities.
• Review food photos, provide feedback, and assist via app messaging between visits.
• Contribute to growing and improving the cardiometabolic program in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with 3-5+ years in counseling, behavior modification, and diabetes patient care (primarily Type 2).
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) highly preferred.
• Experience in medical weight loss, weight loss medications, meal replacement plans, support groups, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
