Salary: $157,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

• Support hirify.global sponsored clinical trials in collaboration with clinical operations.
• Develop productive working relationships with KOLs in bone marrow transplantation and cell therapy to share data and gather insights.
• Partner with the medical director and biostats team to write and submit abstracts and publications.
• Identify and support investigator-initiated studies aligned with company research priorities.
• Analyze, interpret, and clarify test results of CTT tests in conjunction with clinical data.
• Assist new product development in defining unmet needs, performance requirements, and launch plans.

Requirements

• Education: Pharm D, PhD, or MD required.
• Experience: 3-5+ years in bone marrow transplantation and/or oncology.
• Geography: Must be based in the US.
• Experience collaborating with research staff and KOLs on clinical trials.
• Outstanding oral presentation and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in an MSL role or introducing new clinical laboratory tests.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Experience drafting case studies, conference abstracts, posters, and publications.
• Knowledge of molecular biology and immunology.
