What you will do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using best practices for performance and reusability.
• Write and optimize complex DAX and SQL queries for efficient data extraction.
• Design semantic models in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to ensure consistent business logic.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable visualizations.
• Apply data governance practices, including row-level security and access controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and facilitate communication across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or related field (or 4 years of equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience with relational database structures, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle) and/or Business Objects.
• Ability to obtain EPIC official designation of “Proficient” during the probationary period.
• Strong communication and independent decision-making skills.
