Location: Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. Hybrid for those within driving distance of Tukwila, WA (Tuesdays & Wednesdays); otherwise remote within approved states.

Salary: $99,900 – $186,400 annually

What you will do

• Design visually compelling dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
• Transform complex business questions into data stories for Marketing, Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Product functions.
• Champion enterprise data visualization standards, governance practices, and design principles.
• Administer BI environments, managing permissions, content organization, and platform best practices.
• Mentor analysts across the organization on dashboard design and storytelling techniques.
• Collaborate with BI Engineering and Data Management teams to ensure high-quality, governed reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering enterprise BI, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Expertise in designing interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with BI platform administration.
• Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced degree.
• Experience in large enterprise organizations or consulting environments.
• Proficiency with Python, Alteryx, or other data preparation tools.
• Active participation in professional visualization communities (e.g., Data Visualization Society).
