What you will do

• Lead cybersecurity engineering teams for Asset Protection and Threat Detection & Response across enterprise environments.
• Set technical priorities, remove delivery barriers, and align execution to product roadmaps, operational needs, and cyber risk reduction outcomes.
• Oversee delivery for firewall engineering, server and endpoint security, DLP, and network enforcement/policy controls.
• Drive threat visibility and response engineering across SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management; enable scalable detection, investigation, and response workflows.
• Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to define strategies, roadmaps, objectives, measures, and technical priorities for cybersecurity product areas.
• Own operational health and escalation for assigned capabilities; support vendor evaluation and reliability/resiliency/vulnerability remediation using metrics and monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in progressively responsible IT roles, including 5+ years in an IT discipline.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a specific IT discipline.
• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience in an IT functional area, including accountability for enforcing talent management and performance standards.
• Proven experience managing multidiscipline, high-performance teams and executing multiple or large projects.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders and ability to make sound decisions under limited information or extreme conditions.
