Location: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Based in Sunnyvale, CA (preferred) or Remote within the US (requires up to 75% travel).

Salary: $245,000 - $312,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead external engagement strategies, including C-suite briefings, thought leadership, and keynote speaking for large audiences.
• Identify and drive whitespace opportunities within Global 2000 accounts in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Research and leverage AI and machine learning to uncover hidden threats and optimize investigation workflows.
• Develop technical labs, demos, and CTF programs to showcase threat mitigation using hirify.global products.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for FortiGuard services, focusing on AI, Antivirus, IPS, Webfiltering, and Antispam.
• Mentor and train the sales and marketing workforce and the SE/CSE community on advanced threat concepts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in cybersecurity and high-level technical presentation.
• Deep understanding of malware, sandbox concepts (PE32/64 Windows), and the exploit lifecycle.
• Experience with penetration testing frameworks such as Metasploit.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and business leaders.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with ARM or mobile malware.
• Knowledge of general networking concepts.
• Experience with complex SOAR and ASM technologies.
