Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Drive revenue and market development through direct sales to MFMs, Ob/Gyns, and Genetic Counselors.
• Prospect and maintain key relationships with medical professionals to grow the business.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to quickly increase revenue within the assigned geography.
• Provide clinical insight and technical training in clinical and surgical environments.
• Manage the launch of new products and promote the existing portfolio of genetic testing solutions.

Requirements

• Four-year university degree (Bachelor of Science, Nursing, or related healthcare field preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory business, preferably in genetics.
• Background in medical or biological sciences, with a preference for clinical diagnostics.
• Proven track record of establishing new markets and increasing revenue quickly.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must reside in the specified East Los Angeles territory.
