Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate Medical Devices task force teams to drive healthy and sustainable growth across various TIC services.
  • Develop and execute strategies for greenfield growth initiatives and potential acquisitions within the Medical Device sector.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes across the US and Canada.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients, suppliers, regulators, and industry association stakeholders.
  • Create customized proposals and coordinate with global hirify.global units to provide the best solutions for North American customers.
  • Manage P&L targets and provide regular performance updates to C&P Management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (Fairfield, NJ location).
  • At least 8 years of professional experience working with Medical Devices manufacturers (e.g., Stryker, Abbott, Medtronic).
  • At least 8 years of experience in a Medical Devices TIC company, including both lab engineering and sales/business development roles.
  • Over 5 years of experience in P&L and management.
  • Strong knowledge of Medical Devices regulation, specifically FDA 510K / ASCA / Pre-Approval compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Masters/MBA is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Medical Devices Engineering or Biocompatibility.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
