Compensation: $184,569 - $248,269 per year (including base salary of $136,869 - $163,269)

What you will do

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen via direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Identify and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
• Create and implement strategic business plans to accelerate regional market growth.
• Manage the full product sales lifecycle, including lead generation and closing business.
• Represent the company at local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record and ability to assess customer needs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics.
• Must be located in the specified geographic territory (West Maryland, MD).
