What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, overseeing hiring, performance management, and professional growth.
• Design and implement technical solutions for data platform expansion, including Snowflake data warehousing and S3 data lakes.
• Oversee and implement ETL and reverse ETL pipelines integrated with CCM application systems and external sources.
• Develop efficient data assets for analytics, AI analysis, and low-latency queries.
• Implement security access models and build data quality monitoring tools.
• Establish and enforce change control, testing processes, and comprehensive architectural documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 5+ years of comparable work experience in data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
• Experience with AI code development and Agile work management.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cleveland, OH.

• Familiarity with transactional database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
