What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of experienced technologists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in wealth management or related financial disciplines.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in an IT functional area.
• Proven ability to lead multidiscipline, high-performance teams and manage large-scale technical projects.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and business alignment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, AWS, and Lambda.
• Experience in matrix management organizations.
• Expertise in data modeling and 3rd party vendor file management.
