What you will do

• Supervise daily activities of the Production Planning, Scheduling, and Production Control team.
• Coordinate with production leadership to develop and execute schedules that support on-time delivery.
• Monitor shop floor conditions to resolve scheduling conflicts and production constraints.
• Maintain accurate planning data and job sequencing within the ERP/MRP system.
• Track and report production planning KPIs to management.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while promoting standardized planning processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Jacksonville, FL and able to work 100% in-office.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• 2-4 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
