What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 300+ associates and 10 salaried managers.
• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping for D2C and B2B customers.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the fulfillment center's budget and implement cost control measures to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service departments to ensure seamless process integration.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and technology advancements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Leader or in a similar leadership role within a large-scale fulfillment or distribution center.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational KPIs.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
• Demonstrated success in managing large teams of both hourly and salaried employees.
