What you will do

• Process parts returns from field service locations ensuring complete documentation.
• Coordinate with field service personnel to verify returned parts using schematics and BOMs.
• Track incoming RMA transactions to maintain accountability and traceability.
• Collaborate with warehouse and testing staff to manage material movement.
• Communicate with quality and accounting teams regarding warranty credits and compliance.
• Provide operational support to the order fulfillment team during peak periods.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in RMA processing, inventory management, or materials coordination.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work onsite in Ashburn, Virginia.
