Salary: $54,878 - $73,170

What you will do

• Manage, build, and develop a team of 30+ warehouse associates.
• Review work forecasts and balance labor to meet building objectives.
• Own operational metric reporting including VCPO, UPH, OPH, and on-time shipping.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure team training on safety procedures, quality standards, and performance goals.
• Foster employee engagement and maintain a positive, accountable workplace culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in Fort Worth, TX and able to work onsite.
• 2+ years of people management and operational leadership experience in a high-volume 3PL environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and achieving KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerBI, and TMS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and non-traditional hours as required.
