Junior IT Systems Administrator (Enterprise IT)

Compensation: up to $17 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end laptop replacement process and communicate with users for deployment scheduling.
• Prepare, image, and configure Windows laptops according to company security standards.
• Execute data migration activities and manage the decommissioning of retired hardware.
• Track hardware refresh projects and maintain accurate asset and licensing records.
• Provide first-level technical support for desktop hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Assist with general IT systems administration and operational projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, computer hardware, and enterprise networking concepts.
• Ability to commute to the King of Prussia, PA office.
• No work visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
