hirify.global is an American commercial electric vehicle company developing a first-of-its-kind EV platform for medium-duty vehicles.

What you will do

• Build and support Atlassian products including Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Configure and harden company computers using endpoint management tools like Jumpcloud.
• Respond to service requests and incidents while meeting designated SLAs.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of IT incidents and knowledge base articles.
• Transform manual processes into scalable, automated solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Garden Grove, CA.
• 3-4 years of experience in a technical support, Helpdesk, or Systems Administrator role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and common desktop applications.
• Experience with AV equipment configuration including sound mixers and microphones.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of consuming and working with APIs.
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management methodologies.
• Certifications relating to Jumpcloud.
