What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, performant systems critical to the success of quantitative trading.
• Automate the provisioning of cloud infrastructure, including compute, services, and storage.
• Develop GitOps-driven configuration management for consistent global deployments at scale.
• Build and add core components to cloud-based Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Analyze the latency impact of network buffering and handle multicast market data distribution.
• Collaborate with research and software engineering teams to move ideas from inception to production.

Requirements

• Current Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar rigorous technical field.
• Eligible for full-time roles starting in 2028 (graduating Fall 2027 or later).
• Strong knowledge of software and automation to solve complex problems.
• Understanding of distributed computing and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems, including low-level performance tuning and analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with global hybrid networking and packet analysis.
