What you will do

• Support end-users onsite in Alpharetta with desktop support and deployment of hardware and software.
• Resolve technical incidents and service requests through a ticket queue with a high sense of urgency.
• Collaborate with global IS departments to ensure office efficiency and technical needs are met.
• Troubleshoot a variety of hardware (Dell, Apple, Samsung, Google) and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Increase operational effectiveness through process improvement and automations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 2 years of IT experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of experience.
• Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA A+.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience deploying and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
• Foundational knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, and cloud-based endpoint management.
• Experience in asset lifecycle management and documentation in ITSM systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace for enterprise collaboration and project management.
