What you will do

• Conduct consumer analyses including cohort studies, consumer journeys, and behavior tracking.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Apply statistical methods and predictive models to drive business decision-making.
• Write standardized code in Python or R to clean, explore, and transform complex datasets.
• Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation and ecommerce growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases like MySQL, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Ability to perform statistical analyses and data modeling using Python or R.
• Experience designing action-oriented visualizations and dashboards.
• Understanding of ecommerce KPIs such as conversion, demand, AOV, and retention.

Nice to have

• Experience with data transformation processes or ETL.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture platforms such as AWS or GCP.
