What you will do

• Build and maintain automated dashboards for core KPIs including return rates, refund accuracy, and defect rates.
• Analyze warehouse productivity (TPH, units/shift) and conduct workforce analytics to optimize staffing and scheduling.
• Diagnose root causes of refund inaccuracies and build preventive monitoring systems.
• Quantify and drive cost reductions across labor efficiency, materials, and network optimization.
• Develop predictive models and anomaly detection to flag processing delays and cost spikes in real time.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve data instrumentation and supply chain optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Math, CS, Engineering); Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in data, operations, or supply chain analytics, preferably in reverse logistics.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency for complex queries and large-scale transactional datasets.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace operations.
