Focus on transforming complex datasets into actionable strategies and optimizing shoppable content to fuel business success.

Location: Hybrid: must be based in New York, NY (minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 yearly

What you will do

• Transform complex data into strategic recommendations to optimize affiliate performance and unlock e-commerce growth.
• Partner with Editorial teams to analyze content performance and deliver recommendations to engage key audiences.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to identify data sources that enhance database, financial, and marketing operations.
• Develop and maintain actionable dashboards and reports to ensure data governance and democratization.
• Work with Finance to maintain and refine operational business models and forecasts.
• Prepare data and curation for senior-level executive presentations using visualization tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI, digital media, or e-commerce.
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• BA/BS or MS degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science).
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with web, mobile, search, or social analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of Tableau, Looker, Domo, Power BI or equivalent visualization tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with R or Python.
• Experience working in Databricks, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.
• Background in e-commerce publishing or affiliate businesses.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools and statistical models.
