What you will do

• Collaborate with editorial, product, and engineering stakeholders to identify measurement requirements for digital products.
• Perform ad hoc analysis using SQL and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Partner with experimentation leads to develop data-driven hypotheses and measurement plans.
• Monitor and report on content engagement metrics across video, articles, newsletters, and podcasts.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to the development of data organization best practices.
• Partner with finance to monitor operational business models and forecasting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital media analytics focusing on product, content, and audience insights.
• Expertise in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Amplitude.
• Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Omni.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex data into narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Englewood Cliffs, NJ for a hybrid schedule (3+ days/week).
