Location: Hybrid at CNBC Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, with a minimum of three office days per week
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do
- Analyze content performance, audience engagement, and consumption behavior across video, articles, newsletters, podcasts, commerce, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with editorial, product, engineering, finance, and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure accurate digital-product measurement.
- Perform ad hoc analysis using SQL and build, maintain, and validate dashboards and reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Partner with experimentation leads on data-driven hypotheses, measurement plans, and statistical analysis.
- Identify high-performing formats, topics, and publishing patterns to inform editorial, audience development, and product strategies.
- Mentor new team members and contribute to data-organization best practices, business-model monitoring, and forecasting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital media analytics or a related field, focused on product, content, and audience insights.
- Expertise in SQL and Python or R.
- Experience with Databricks or Snowflake, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, Omni, and experimentation platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex data into compelling narratives.
- Ability to work from the Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey office at least three days per week under the hybrid arrangement.
