Location: Hybrid role based in Milton Keynes, UK; requires a minimum of four days of office attendance per month.
Salary: £47,389 – £56,535 per annum.

What you will do
- Develop and deliver outcome-focused internal communications and engagement plans aligned with Digital Services priorities.
- Lead stakeholder engagement planning to support the adoption of new services, systems, and ways of working.
- Translate complex technical information into accessible, audience-specific content for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate local communications activity and act as the primary operational contact for the central Internal Communications team.
- Design and deliver workshops, consultation activities, and engagement sessions to foster transparency and connection.
- Advise senior leaders and programme teams on effective change management and communication approaches.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Milton Keynes, UK.
- Extensive experience leading stakeholder engagement, communications, and change adoption in large, complex organisations.
- Proven success supporting technology-enabled change or digital transformation programmes.
- Strong track record of developing communication strategies that drive business objectives.
- Expertise in stakeholder analysis, mapping, and managing digital communication channels.
- Excellent written communication and facilitation skills.
