What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end commercial performance of major contracts from inception to renewal or termination.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms to safeguard commercial interests.
• Act as the primary link between finance and commercial teams to ensure pricing governance.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks through proactive management strategies.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for contract variations and upselling to maximize agreement value.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to commute to Winchester, London, or Huddersfield.
• Substantial experience in managing complex commercial and contractual models.
• Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and commercial best practices.
• Proven ability to negotiate at all organizational levels and influence outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and commercial issues.
