What you will do

• Lead high-impact consulting engagements for enterprise clients to align workforce planning technology with strategic business drivers.
• Define and standardize consulting delivery frameworks, including process mapping, design workshops, and change impact assessments.
• Direct cross-organizational delivery pods to ensure high-quality implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering teams to scope delivery methodologies and establish clear expectations for prospective customers.
• Synthesize market trends and customer use cases to inform internal product roadmaps and AI/automation impacts.
• Serve as the trusted advisory face of customer engagements to drive long-term stakeholder alignment and product adoption.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience implementing HR/Workforce solutions or leading SWP advisory engagements in large enterprises.
• Deep expertise in Strategic Workforce Planning, organizational design, and HR data analytics.
• Proven ability to guide executive stakeholders through complex technology configurations and process changes.
• Strong understanding of the impact of AI and automation on organizational design and talent reallocation.
• Demonstrated success in leading executive workshops and managing change management programs across HR, Finance, and IT.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within the EMEA region.
