Digital Strategy Senior Consultant (AI)

Location: London office base, with hybrid working and flexibility to work at assignment locations, including periods away from home at short notice

What you will do

• Contribute independently to client engagements and own important project workstreams.
• Help senior and C-level clients identify, prioritise, and realise value from digital and AI investments.
• Shape end-to-end propositions from customer and commercial insight through business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop commercial models that quantify value and define paths to realisation.
• Build strategic narratives and present recommendations using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Support business development, team management, knowledge sharing, and internal initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, innovation, or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and commercial modelling skills.
• Experience conducting customer research, market and competitor analysis, stakeholder interviews, SWOT, and PESTLE analysis.
• Ability to translate research and analysis into customer propositions, product strategies, and business model innovation.
• Practical understanding of how AI and emerging technologies create business value.
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement across meetings, workshops, and written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Energy and Utilities sector.
• Experience applying strategy in regulated industries.
