What you will do

• Lead and own critical workstreams on client engagements, translating complex insights into clear strategic direction.
• Develop commercial models and business cases to quantify the value of digital and AI investments.
• Shape end-to-end customer propositions, from initial research to implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams of designers, technologists, and marketers.
• Engage with senior stakeholders up to C-level to communicate business value and strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to internal team initiatives, business development, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to build detailed commercial models.
• Expertise in strategic storytelling and presenting compelling business cases.
• Practical understanding of how AI and emerging technologies translate into business value.
• Must be based in London and willing to travel for client assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
