What you will do

• Lead or contribute to research and evaluation work on education and training policy frameworks.
• Produce policy content including analytical papers, case studies, and comparative exercises.
• Organize and support capacity-building activities such as working groups, expert networks, and helpdesks.
• Facilitate face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid workshops and events for diverse stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and website content for various audiences.
• Contribute to proposal writing and coordinate with subject matter experts.

Requirements

• University degree in public policy, politics, economics, law, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of professional experience in consultancy, public policy, or government affairs in the EU or UK.
• Must hold the right to work in the UK, Belgium, Spain, or Germany, or be eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Must be physically present in the country of employment by the start date.
• Solid foundation in qualitative and quantitative research and analysis methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with multi-national stakeholders.
