What you will do

• Drive significant financial outcomes through consulting signings and services revenue, targeting $12–15M per annum.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with CxOs to position AWS as a strategic partner in digital transformation.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, modernization, and cloud migration programs.
• Oversee commercial discussions, including scoping, contracting, and risk management to ensure profitability.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
• Develop thought leadership and intellectual capital to drive external eminence and the company's strategic vision.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting or corporate environments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and AWS technology.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate, drive change, and maintain a strong personal brand in the industry.
• Must be based in or able to work from London.
