What you will do

• Execute and manage purchase orders in alignment with project and operational requirements.
• Monitor order status, expedite deliveries, and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time performance.
• Resolve material shortages, overages, and discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate procurement records within Epicor utilizing the Buyer’s Workbench.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Warehouse Operations, and the Proposal team to align purchasing with schedules and bids.
• Manage supplier blanket orders and contract agreements, including pricing and renewal coordination.

Requirements

• 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, with Epicor experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Pineville, Louisiana.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or project-based environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and vendor management.
• Familiarity with NCR processes and quality issue resolution.
