Location: Remote, must be based anywhere in the US or Canada
Salary: $120,000–$150,000 OTE (San Francisco, New York, Seattle); $100,000–$130,000 OTE (Other US locations) + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Act as primary point of contact for Enterprise customers across various geographies, industries, and use cases.
- Successfully onboard new customers by supporting account setup, planning, and tailored enablement.
- Advise customers on best practices and effective use of leveraging your product expertise.
- Identify signals and craft interventions to ensure strong adoption and progress towards customer goals.
- Assess activity data to calculate and communicate ROI to customers based on business results.
- Manage contract renewals to maintain best-in-class customer and revenue retention, providing a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience, with interest in building new skills at a fast-paced startup.
- Ability to manage a high-touch book of business from onboarding through renewals.
- Experience in customer success or account management for a SaaS solution (strongly preferred: owning subscription renewals and expansion targets).
- Engaging presentation skills and ability to connect with and influence others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, coordinating deliverables across many customers.
